In this economy we are all looking to save a few dollars and make our money stretch further. Here are a few tips I have put together. Please add to them as we can all use the advice!!

Leave kids at home
Don’t bring your kids grocery shopping.Kids have a way of filling up your grocery cart with all kinds of unhealthy snacks and unneeded items.Leave them at home it will save you some money!
here's a thought sometimes you just have to take the little ones with you if they are old enough (three or so) give them jobs to do who can find the beans or tomatoes make sure the item is on the same aisle so you know what is happening and watch them take interest is there a reward at the end........maybe hope it is healthy but sometimes it's just great to give them something that pleases them......don't we do that for ourselves. They will learn good shopping habits and have fun doing it....oh ya don't be in a rush it just won't work
