Planning Meals Ahead

here's a thought plan your meals ahead and then make a grocery list of the items you don't already have. You can end up with a real system.... see what is on sale that week........ plan the weeks menus using as much of the big price sale items as possible.........check what you have on hand.....buy whats left ... you will always save money. when you are hungry for something put it on a want to have list and when the main ing. come on sale that's when you have it.
